Calton Cases Website Redesign

Calton Cases, established in 1969, faced a challenge with its online presence: direct sales were minimal, with 90% of transactions happening through dealers or over the phone. The website redesign project was initiated to bridge this gap, focusing on enhancing the e-commerce experience. A pivotal feature of the redesign was the introduction of a "Case Customizer," offering over 500,000 combinations, aimed at improving customer engagement and personalization.

Impactful Transition

The project ranged from conceptualizing user-centric features like the "Case Customizer" to refining the site's flow. A hands-on approach guaranteed that the initial concepts were meticulously crafted, showcasing a commitment to enhancing the user experience. In close collaboration with Calton's management and the development team at TXCAP Studio, these concepts were transformed into a vibrant online platform. This strategic and thoughtful design process was instrumental in boosting Calton Cases' online sales to 50% of the company's total, marking a successful shift in their digital strategy.

Exhibit Graphics

During my tenure in museum exhibit design, I frequently contributed to graphic design projects, preparing numerous types for both digital display and printing on various materials. This experience allowed me to develop a versatile skill set, adapting designs to suit different mediums and ensuring that visual communications effectively engage and inform the audience, regardless of the format.
